The revamped Visit Greece app is a comprehensive travel companion, seamlessly integrated with Greece’s premier tourism portal, visitgreece.gr. It features a wide array of functionalities, including curated destinations, top picks, events, and essential traveller information.
With dedicated sections for sustainable experiences, car rentals, accommodation, shopping, dining, and Mastercard® Priceless offers, the app caters to every traveller's needs. Real-time geolocation ensures users receive relevant information based on their location, while the app's bilingual capabilities (Greek and English) make it accessible to a global audience.
A standout feature is the interactive map on the homepage, which displays Eurobank ATMs for convenient cash access and includes coordinates for businesses and experiences, ensuring accurate location data.
Our team worked diligently to refine and implement the app’s features, ensuring seamless integration with the existing visitgreece.gr portal. Our responsibilities included the development and design of the app, curating and adapting content for destinations and experiences to meet the app’s specific needs while aligning with GNTO’s vision.

Beyond technical enhancements, our role in promoting the app was pivotal. We developed and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes push notifications and newsletters, spotlighting relevant news and featured experiences to keep users engaged and informed.
We also implemented in-app surveys to gather feedback on user satisfaction, traveller experiences, and merchant feedback. These insights are continuously used to improve the app and provide valuable data for partner evaluation (Eurobank & Mastercard).
