TOPOSOPHY was appointed by Aegean Airlines to provide ongoing research and content development support on the airline’s website and online marketing promotions, in partnership with ATCOM. 

OBJECTIVES

Aegean Airlines wished to raise awareness of its 70+ destinations and prompt visitation through targeted marketing offering rich, engaging and constantly updated content promoted through its website and online communications. 

DELIVERABLES

Developed a customized content development plan, based on identified market segments, which was supported by robust market research and analysis. 

Used a combination of research methods including desk research & direct communication with destination based tourism organizations around the world.

Carried out competitor benchmarking in order to ensure the highest quality of information was collected that accurately represented the destinations.

After selecting information on events, highlights and top attractions and itineraries from all relevant international destinations, we developed creative and engaging content with the aim of addressing target markets’ identified needs and develop and market competitive offers to raise destination awareness. 

Ultimately, we ensured that the airline’s online communication offers the most fresh and creative destination-related content. The result is that Aegean Airlines offers useful and engaging information to its customers, and promotes the destinations it serves in the best possible way.
